Service and agreement
Janalo is currently in development. This website describes the intended product and does not offer live service access or payment. The following terms describe the intended framework for the Janalo Technologies AI order desk; final service terms will be confirmed before onboarding. By using the service, you agree to these terms and any written subscription or onboarding agreement with us. Last updated: 13 October 2026.
Catalogue and pricing approval
The client must supply and approve all catalogue data, product details, prices and pricing rules before use, and keep them accurate and current. Janalo uses the approved business price list; AI must not guess prices. The client remains responsible for the accuracy of its catalogue, taxes, availability and commercial commitments.
Order review
AI interpretation can contain errors, especially with unclear messages, recordings or photos. Buyers must review the order card before confirming. Clients must review orders before fulfilment and resolve discrepancies with buyers. Janalo does not guarantee stock availability, payment collection or delivery.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful business ordering. Do not send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, spam buyers, violate privacy or intellectual property rights, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the service. Clients must have the rights and permissions needed to provide buyer data and contact buyers.
A focused service
Janalo is an order desk, not a general-purpose AI chat service. It should not be used for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Clients must comply with applicable WhatsApp platform terms and messaging requirements.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Fees and onboarding scope are agreed with the client before service begins. Monthly subscriptions and cancellation are covered by our refund and cancellation policy. We may suspend access for misuse, unpaid fees or security concerns.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care to operate the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI interpretation. To the extent permitted by law, Janalo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to subscription fees paid to Janalo by the client during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory legal rights and jurisdiction requirements, disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu, India.
